This helps mitigate deforestation, minimize water pollution, and decrease greenhouse gas emissions, making veganism a sustainable choice for our environment. Plant-based diets often have a lower carbon footprint compared to diets rich in animal products, contributing to efforts to combat climate change. 

Why refined sugar free?

We believe that delicious treats shouldn't come with a side of guilt. Refined sugar, often stripped of its natural nutrients during processing, can wreak havoc on your health. From spiking blood sugar levels to contributing to inflammation, weight gain, and rapid aging, we set out to seek alternatives. By ditching the refined stuff in favour of natural sweeteners like maple syrup, coconut sugar, peanuts, and dates, we're on a mission to craft treats that are better for your body but also bursting with flavour in every bite. 

Why gluten free?

For many, gluten intolerance isn't just a dietary preference—it's a way of life. For those with gluten intolerance, consuming gluten can lead to a range of uncomfortable symptoms, from bloating and stomach pain to fatigue and headaches. We believe that everyone deserves to enjoy deliciousness without worrying about how they'll feel afterward. That's why we've crafted all our treats to be completely gluten-free, using whole ingredients that are safe for those with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or simply prefer to avoid gluten.
